Postnatal restore your Core
This course is designed to reconnect you with your body and especially with your core and pelvic floor after birth, and to build whole body strength. As part of the class you will learn about common alignment issues and your own compensation patterns (for example, holding your breath to lift something heavy rather than letting your core turn on to support you). Classes are small and supportive, individual practices and guidance offered. Babies are welcome.
Wednesdays 11.30am-12.45pm at Kreuzbergyoga, Lübbener Str. 9, 10997 Berlin. 70€ for a 6-week class pass (be be used within two months) or 13€ drop-in if there is space. Contact me to register or for more information.
This class is designed to connect you with your body and baby, to make space, and to support you in body and mind during pregnancy and beyond. We will start with gentle warm-up movements and targeted exercises which help your core to fire reflexively. We will move into whole-body strength-building, always moving at the level of the people in the room. As part of the class you will learn about common alignment issues and compensation patterns (for example, holding your breath to lift something heavy rather than letting your core turn on to support you). This class includes some chanting, gentle breathing practices, and restorative yoga poses.
